Architecture & Overview
Workspace boundaries, form collection and permission-based analysis.
Platform Architecture & Tenancy
Jorip organises each organisation’s forms, submissions and team access in a tenant workspace. Members sign in to their organisation’s address, while project permissions control the work they can view or change.
Key Capabilities & Specifications
- Tenant-scoped access: authenticated workspace membership and PostgreSQL row-level security restrict data access.
- Connected collection: publish forms for web responses and authorised offline collection on supported devices.
- Governed analysis: approved dataset fields, project permissions and bounded queries define the analysis scope.
- Ten language options: choose an interface language; untranslated content uses English, and form labels depend on the translations published for that questionnaire.
- Assign project roles before inviting colleagues to collect, review or export records.
- Test collection and synchronisation on the devices your field team will use before beginning a study.
